How F24 Denmark and C3 are linked

Since April 2024, F24 Danmark II A/S (formerly RM-Group A/S) has been part of the F24 Group. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Allerød, north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It develops and sells its own risk management software, C3, a customisable SaaS solution for risk management processes and daily operations. With C3, the company helps organisations implement risk management effectively and is one of the leading providers of operational risk and crisis management services in the Nordics.

F24 Danmark II A/S is led by CEO Per Bruus, a co-founder of the company with many years of experience in all aspects of risk management, together with CPO Claus Stahnke, who is responsible for the ongoing development of new features and for strategic system setups for new and existing customers.
